Bun Cook-What's my job?

PRIMARY

• Assembling and completion of all orders (Order Out) within 2 minutes of orders arriving
• Making sure the quality of the sandwiches and sides are as high as possible
• Remaining on station from 11-2 and 4:30-8:30 
• Maintaining 100% cook line focus while on shift

SECONDARY

• Cleaning area according to checklist and stocking lists

The way you will be successful at your job is by knowing and accomplishing your Tasks and Responsibilities. The next section will go over these. The Tasks and Responsibilities are what you will actually be doing on your shifts. After you go through that section, there will be a final section called Resources where you can find additional documents, videos, and other helpful resources to ensure that you know how to do your tasks and responsibilities as a Bun Cook.
