Primary Job of Server

• Keep all customers happy at all times.

Secondary Job of Server

• Ensure you and your server stations are stocked and prepared for the next shift
• Ensure the restaurant remains clean
• Help store remain profitable

The way you will be successful at your job is through knowing and accomplishing your Tasks and Responsibilities. The next section will go over these. The Tasks and Responsibilities are what you will actually be doing on your shift. After you go through that section, there will be a final section called Resources where you can find additional documents, videos, and other helpful resources to assist you in learning the details of your tasks and responsibilities of a Server.
