Introduction

Congratulations on becoming a General Manager. In order for you to be successful at your position, you only need to know 3 different things. You need to know:

1. What is my job?
2. How do I do it? 
3. Where do I go for help?

The next few pages will go through these 3 items so that you understand exactly what your job is, how to do it, and where to find the resources that will assist you in being successful at your job. If you have questions about any of these things, be sure to ask someone. Your boss is the Director of Operations. It is their job to be sure you know exactly what you should be doing, and how to do it. Lets gets started!
