What is my job?
Primary Job of Fry Cook
- Prepare Fry Station products for the cook line & maintain a "rotation" of fries during key periods.
Secondary Job of Fry Cook
- Ensure you and your cook station is stocked and prepared for the next shift
- Ensure your station remains clean
- Aware of portion control
The way you will be successful at your job is through knowing and accomplishing your Tasks and Responsibilities. The next section will go over these. The Tasks and Responsibilities are what you will actually be doing on your shift. After you go through that section, there will be a final section called Resources where you can find additional documents, videos, and other helpful resources to assist you in learning the details of your tasks and responsibilities of a Fry Cook.
