Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain 100% customer focus at all times while actively waiting tables (From 11-2 and 4:30-8:30, you should be doing nothing except waiting on tables and focusing on customers. Only after your active waiting shift ends do you begin focusing on chores & checklists).
- Be highly presentable and follow the uniform guidelines.
- Follow the attitude guidelines.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Completion of checklists (These should only be carried out at the appropriate times: before customers are in the building or after our active-customer focus has ended: after 2 and after 8:30pm). These include chores which are outlined in detail in the checklist.
Tasks
- Waiting on Tables:
- Getting doors and greeting
- Introducing ourselves, bringing menus and getting drink orders
- Bringing drink orders & taking the food orders
- Taking orders to tables (Order Out)
- Refills and checkups
- Bussing and asking about desserts
- Ringing up the customers
- Goodbye and final cleanings.
- Completion of check-lists
- Have Shift Lead review our checklists
